1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jk22 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jk22 online gaming platform available at jk22.one ("the Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by jk22, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, cricket betting, slot games, crash games, fish shooting games, and all promotional offers and bonuses available on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on jk22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. jk22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of these criteria at any point, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jk22 strictly prohibits access to persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents may be requested at registration or during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts on jk22.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a person who has been previously self-excluded from jk22 or from another online gambling platform, or who is subject to any court order, regulatory order, or other legal prohibition on gambling activity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of an employee or contractor of jk22, or of any game provider or technology partner currently supplying services to jk22.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jk22. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including accounts in different names, using different phone numbers, or using different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• You must notify jk22 support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your registered mobile number has been compromised, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account.
• jk22 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jk22 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings area of the platform.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your jk22 account. jk22 is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

jk22 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on jk22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These minimums are subject to change and the current minimums are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at all times.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. jk22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from an account not registered in your name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your jk22 account, or to a payment method in your own name that has been verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a payment method that is not associated with you.
• jk22 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing time of 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 3 business days for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where the withdrawal triggers an automatic security review.
• jk22 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges. jk22 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error, or that a deposit is later identified as originating from fraudulent activity, jk22 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, recover any winnings generated from it, and report the incident to relevant authorities.

jk22 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger an AML review, during which withdrawal processing may be paused. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, including providing source-of-funds documentation where requested.

5Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time jk22 offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on jk22 is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, different phone numbers, or different identities will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
• jk22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have completed the applicable wagering requirement, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided, but your real-money balance will not be affected.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be separated in your account wallet. Wagering requirements must typically be completed using bonus funds before real-money funds are used. The precise operation of the bonus wallet for any specific promotion will be described in that promotion's individual terms.
• jk22 does not offer bonuses to players who have self-excluded or who have requested a cooling-off period. Bonuses offered during seasonal events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the ICC T20 World Cup are available only for the duration of the stated promotion period.

jk22 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet was placed or the bonus was claimed in a manner that exploits a platform error, a pricing mistake, a technical fault, or a promotional loophole. In such cases, any resulting winnings may be removed from the account and the original stake returned.

6Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on jk22 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing individual games — including table limits, game mechanics, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures — are determined by the respective game provider and displayed within each game interface. jk22 presents these games as a platform operator and does not alter game mechanics or RTP settings.

• All bets placed on jk22 are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jk22 does not offer a cash-out feature that allows partial withdrawal of a bet before the event outcome is determined, unless explicitly stated in the specific sports betting terms for a particular market.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including connection loss, server interruption, or software malfunction — jk22 will use the relevant game provider's server logs to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. • Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or game categories on jk22. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings that exceed the stated limit will be capped at the maximum win amount. • jk22 monitors betting patterns for evidence of match-fixing, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), exploit abuse, or collusion. Accounts found engaging in any of these activities will be suspended and all associated balances may be confiscated. jk22 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and law enforcement authorities.

Cricket betting markets on jk22 cover the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and other domestic and international fixtures. All cricket betting outcomes are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Matches that are abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or voided by the governing body will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless jk22's specific cricket betting rules state otherwise.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jk22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure of your account, and forfeiture of all balances held in the account. jk22 may also pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence or causes financial harm to the platform.

• Opening or operating more than one account on jk22, including accounts in different names, under different phone numbers, or using different payment methods, for the purpose of circumventing platform limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or obscuring betting activity.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, navigate the platform, claim bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game offerings.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of a sporting event on which bets are offered through jk22.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a vehicle to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with jk22 support, including falsely claiming a transaction was not received or that a withdrawal was not processed.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, pricing error, or bonus loophole on the platform. If you discover an error or vulnerability, you are obligated to report it to jk22 support immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of any platform error — whether or not it results in a financial gain — constitutes prohibited conduct.

8Account Suspension and Termination

jk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons or for any other reason that jk22 determines to be in the best interests of the platform, its players, or the integrity of its operations.

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the account registration rules.
• The player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct, and suspension is necessary to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request, or has provided documentation that jk22 cannot verify as authentic.
• The player has made a chargeback request through their payment provider relating to a deposit made on jk22. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.

Where an account is closed by jk22 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, or where jk22 closes an account for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus balance not yet converted through completion of wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

9Responsible Gaming

jk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. jk22 treats responsible gaming as a core operational commitment, not merely a regulatory obligation. Players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings area.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active.
• Session time limits and reality checks: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will automatically log the player out. Players may also enable periodic reality-check notifications reminding them of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during the current session.

Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and the player will not be contacted with promotional materials during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jk22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jk22 platform or its content without the prior written consent of jk22.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk22, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the jk22 platform.

• Any loss of funds arising from a bet placed in error, including bets placed on the wrong selection, at the wrong stake, or in the wrong market, where the bet was confirmed by the player in accordance with the normal platform confirmation process.
• Any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, temporary service interruptions, network outages, or any other technical event beyond jk22's reasonable control that prevents access to the platform or disrupts ongoing game sessions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jk22 platform, even if jk22 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jk22's liability for death or personal injury caused by jk22's negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by jk22, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

jk22 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jk22.one/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data jk22 collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

jk22 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the platform's servers. 14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jk22 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the platform. jk22 operates as an online gaming platform providing services to players in Bangladesh and applies the platform operating standards consistent with those applicable to international online gaming operations serving the Bangladeshi market.
